Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer, Tim leads PhenoPath’s business operations and works with the board of directors to create and implement the strategic objectives of the company. Prior to working at PhenoPath, Tim served as the Vice President of Sales at Patient Safe Solutions, a company that specializes in patient safety solutions for hospitals. Previously, Tim was President of MedUnite, a joint venture of the top 8 insurance companies where he led the physician and hospital division. Tim worked for 5 years with MedPlus as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. MedPlus is a division of Quest Diagnostics and specializes in healthcare medical record exchange technology. Tim served as the CEO of Eastside Medical Laboratories / National Health Laboratories, a provider of clinical laboratory testing services. Earlier in his career, Tim served as President and/or CEO of a number of commercial and pathology laboratories. Tim is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Member of the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society. Tim attended the University of Texas at Arlington.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ingrid is responsible for PhenoPath's finance activities, including accounting and financial reporting, tax, treasury, business planning and financial systems. Prior to joining PhenoPath, Ingrid was the Principal Accounting Officer and Controller at Hipcricket. Ingrid has held leadership roles at Dashwire, SinglePoint, and AT&T. Ingrid started her career at Children’s Hospital, working in the Home Health Care of Washington unit. Ingrid has her CPA Certification, and received her Bachelors of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Washington.
Director of Quality and Compliance
As Director of Quality and Compliance, Phyllis Davie, MT (ASCP), QLC, oversees the Quality, Compliance and Safety Programs. Phyllis has 25+ years of experience in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance, including CAP/CLIA, GLP, OSHA, HIPAA and medical fraud and abuse regulations. Phyllis has been with PhenoPath since 1998, serving as the Clinical Laboratory Manager for 12 years before becoming the Director of Quality and Compliance. Prior to working at PhenoPath, Phyllis worked for the University of Washington Medical Center, one of the nation's leading academic medical centers, starting as a Clinical Technologist, later becoming lead and then supervisor and also filling the role of departmental Safety Officer. Phyllis is a member of numerous professional societies, including ASCP, SQA, HCCA, SCCE, and CLMA. Phyllis holds a Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
Director of IT & Programming Services
As Director of IT & Programming Services, Scott provides technology-related services and solutions to enable and support all activities at PhenoPath. Scott is an expert in developing database systems (he created the system currently used by PhenoPath today), and has many years of experience managing IT functions in Anatomical Pathology and Contract Research environments. Scott has been with the company since 1998, working as a consultant for 5 years before becoming the fulltime IT Director. Prior to working at PhenoPath, Scott ran a database and IT solutions company called Intelligent Solutions, which provided an array of services to multiple customers including Stanford University, Baylor College of Medicine and Eastside Pathology. Scott has been a 4D RDMS registered developer for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Molly oversees all aspects of PhenoPath's human capital, including the entire employment lifecycle. She is an expert in employee relations, and specializes in creating healthy organizational environments by developing and coaching employees at all levels of the company. Prior to working with PhenoPath, Molly worked for GoAhead Software (now owned by Oracle), a provider of service software for the communications industry, as a Director, Human Resources and Executive Coach. Previously, Molly served as the Director of Human Resources for Luminant, a web development professional services firm, where she successfully guided the executive leadership team through a business model change while developing and mentoring a regional recruiting team. Earlier, Molly worked for Overlake Hospital Medical Center, a nonprofit regional medical center, serving as the Training and Development Specialist where she designed, developed and delivered organizational training strategies for a 1,600-person organization. Molly holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. Additionally, she has earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and is a Certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
