CD57 pin

Methodology: IHC

CD57 is a cell surface-associated protein expressed on a subset of activated T cells, including so-called large granular lymphocytes, and neoplasms derived from these cells. CD57 is also expressed on a variety of neural structures. Identification of CD57-positive cells is of value in positively identifying lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.
