Identifies: The Ki-67 defined antigen, a nuclear protein expressed in proliferating (i.e., non-G0) cells. Used as a quantitative marker of cell proliferation in tumors. The SP6 clone is more robust than MIB-1 and is generally employed in the context of decalcified bone marrow specimens.
