Clinical Significance:
Identifies: An enzyme highly expressed in seminoma. Traditionally employed as a marker of seminoma, there are now more sensitive and specific markers (e.g., Oct-3/4 and SALL4) that can be employed in the identification and subclassification of germ cell tumors.

• Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue block or cell block - OR -
