Clinical Significance:
PNL2 is a marker of melanocytes and melanocytic tumors. Identification of PNL2 expression by IHC is useful for the identification of melanomas (both primary and metastatic) and to distinguish them from other tumor types.

Specimen Requirements:
• Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue block or cell block - OR -
